UOL wins prestigious Five Stars Residency Award for Avenue South Residence

UOL has been honoured with the Five Stars Residency Award in the Outstanding Construction and Renovation Award 2024 by the Hong Kong Professional Building Inspection Academy. The UOL team, along with consultants ADDP and UTC received the award on 11 March 2025 at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, where leading property developers and industry professionals gathered to celebrate excellence in the built environment.

The Five Stars Residency Awards recognise developments that offer luxury, comfort, and prestige, setting a benchmark for quality living. This recognition marks a significant achievement in UOL’s continuous pursuit of excellence in property development. As one of the first two winners from Singapore, UOL has been recognised for its outstanding architectural design, construction quality and best-in-class amenities and services.

The award was conferred on Avenue South Residence, a landmark development that exemplifies UOL’s commitment to innovation and sustainable construction. Standing at 192 metres, Avenue South Residence is the tallest residential project in the world to be built using Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) technology. This advanced construction method significantly enhanced quality control, improved efficiency and reduced environmental impact, reinforcing UOL’s leadership in sustainable building practices.
