Skye at Holland achieves 99% sales on launch day

On 11 October 2025, 99% or 658 of the 666 units at Skye at Holland were sold on the launch day, following strong interest during its preview phase. This marks another successful collaboration after PARKTOWN Residence, by the UOL consortium and CLD, underscoring our collective strength in creating strong distinctive developments.
The development is a 55:35:10 joint venture among UOL-SingLand, CLD and Kheng Leong, respectively.
The robust take-up was underpinned by healthy buying sentiment and continued confidence in Singapore’s long-term fundamentals. This was further amplified by the rarity of a prime site in the heart of Holland Village, which attracted a broad spectrum of buyers across all unit types purchasing for own stay and investment, reflecting depth and resilience of this project.
As reported in The Business Times, ERA Singapore chief executive officer Marcus Chu said that with limited Core Central Region (CCR) supply, a prime Holland Village address, and the rare advantage of Core Central Region (OCR) land priced at Outside Core Region levels, this development is set to resonate with discerning buyers who value both luxury living and long-term investment potential. PropNex CEO Kelvin Fong pointed out that the launch performance of Skye at Holland represents a record-setting milestone for the CCR, and is the most successful launch in recent memory in terms of both number of units sold and overall take-up rate for that market segment.
Almost all of our buyers are Singaporeans and permanent residents, many of whom are drawn to the coveted District 10 address, unparalleled views, full spectrum of retail and dining amenities, MRT connectivity and proximity to popular schools like Henry Park Primary School and National University of Singapore.
Mr Liam added: “The phenomenal result was made possible by the strong delivery of the entire UOL Team and our consortium partners, including the BD team’s winning bid, the Project and Product excellent execution and the Residential Marketing’s sharp pricing strategy. Congratulations Team UOL. Well done.”
