UOL wins sixth Top Developer title at EdgeProp Excellence Awards

On 16 October 2025, UOL was once again named Top Developer at the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2025, marking our sixth consecutive win since 2019. The accolade reaffirms the Group’s continued excellence and dedication to shaping Singapore’s built environment.

In addition, MEYER BLUE clinched Top Luxury Development, recognising our efforts in redefining standards of luxury living and lifestyle experiences.

At the ceremony held at Shangri-La Singapore, UOL and SingLand scooped a total of eight awards, including recognition for PARKTOWN Residence and The Watergardens at Canberra.

Chief Investment and Asset Officer Shirley Ng thanked the UOL and SingLand team, our architects, consultants, builders, financiers and agents, in her speech for their faith and teamwork in every successful project.

Ms Ng said: “It has been a great year for us – our recent launches at UPPERHOUSE at Orchard Boulevard and Skye at Holland in CCR have performed very strongly with the market’s flight to quality, and this recognition as Top Developer and Top Luxury Development, is a real testament to our ability in delivering quality homes.”
