Watten House and Skye at Holland were fully sold on 8 June 2026 and 1 May 2026 respectively.

Located in the Bukit Timah residential enclave, Watten House is a 180-unit freehold residential project launched in November 2023. Developed by UOL and SingLand, it features luxury large-format residences inspired by timeless Asian influences. Its distinctive design has won multiple accolades, including awards at the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2024 and the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final 2023.

Meanwhile, the 666-unit Skye at Holland was launched in October 2025. Developed in a joint venture by UOL-SingLand, CapitaLand Development and Kheng Leong, the 99-year leasehold project sits in the heart of Holland Village and offers panoramic views of both nature and the city. Its architectural design has also been recognised at the International Property Awards Asia Pacific.
