Thomson Reserve unveiled: 1,268-unit development next to Upper Thomson MRT Station

On 17 October 2026, UOL Group and CapitaLand Development (CLD) will jointly unveil Thomson Reserve for preview. The 1,268-unit residential development at Bright Hill Drive in Upper Thomson (District 20) is a 50:50 joint venture between the Group and CLD. Located south-east of the Central Catchment Nature Reserve, Singapore’s largest nature reserve, the development offers views of the surrounding greenery, including the Singapore Island Country Club and Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Sales booking will start on 31 October 2026.
Occupying a five-hectare site on elevated ground, Thomson Reserve comprises four 21-storey towers and two 30-storey towers. With 88% of the site dedicated to landscaping, water features and more than 80 recreational facilities, residents can enjoy thoughtfully designed spaces for wellness and leisure.
The 99-year leasehold development is directly linked by a sheltered walkway to Upper Thomson MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. Residents will be within a five-minute walk of Windsor Nature Park and the popular Upper Thomson dining stretch. Thomson Plaza is located opposite the development and connected via the MRT station’s underground linkway. The development is also close to popular dining destinations and reputable schools including Ai Tong School, Raffles Institution and CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls’ School.
Thomson Reserve units will be priced from $2,608 psf. A two-bedroom unit starts from $1.544 million (55 sqm / 592 sq ft); a three-bedroom unit from $2.503 million (88 sqm / 947 sq ft); and a four-bedroom unit from $3.388 million (115 sqm / 1,238 sq ft).
Group Chief Executive Liam Wee Sin said: “The private residential market has remained resilient, with buyers continuing to prioritise launches that offer strong transport connectivity, access to good schools and other amenities. Thomson Reserve brings these qualities together in one address, with interest expected from buyers drawn to the area’s established character and our strong product positioning. A large five-hectare site like Thomson Reserve gives us the opportunity to create a spacious development that merges architecture with nature, offering a differentiated product that captures an increasingly sought-after lifestyle that owners are looking for. Such distinctive locational and design attributes, together with the limited supply, have generated keen interest in Thomson Reserve.”
Thomson Reserve comprises two collections. The Classic Collection features 740 units across four 21-storey towers, offering two- to four-bedroom layouts fitted with Smeg appliances, as well as Grohe and Blanco sanitary ware and fittings. The Luxury Collection comprises 528 homes in the two 30-storey towers and offers enhanced specifications for all unit types, including Miele appliances and premium marble finishes in the living and dining areas. The larger four-bedroom Premium and five-bedroom Suite units provide greater exclusivity with private lift access.
Slated for completion in 2030, Thomson Reserve brings together lush greenery and urban connectivity to offer a distinctive living experience.
