Thomson Reserve Draws Record-Breaking Turnout at Preview

Thomson Reserve attracted a record-breaking turnout of 11,800 visitors at its preview from 16 to 18 October 2026, far exceeding the 10,000 visitors recorded at PARKTOWN Residence. This reflects keen interest in the development and the resilience of Singapore’s private residential market. Developed through a 50:50 joint venture between UOL Group and CapitaLand Development (CLD), the 1,268-unit development attracted strong interest from homebuyers seeking homes in a sought-after location.
“It underscores the appeal of a rare five-hectare private residential development offering excellent connectivity, extensive greenery and spacious, upscale homes in the established Upper Thomson neighbourhood. Its proximity to reputable schools, including Ai Tong School within 1km, further enhances its appeal to young families.
“The excellent locational attributes and the distinctive product offering of Thomson Reserve, coupled with limited supply in the vicinity, have generated strong interest across unit types and drawn a broad island wide catchment of prospective buyers, from first-time homeowners and young families with school-going children to multi-generational families and right-sizers. The development has also attracted younger buyers seeking to live near their parents, reflecting its enduring appeal and long-term value.” said a spokesperson for UOL Group and CLD.
Viewing of the Thomson Reserve Sales Gallery is available daily (10am – 7pm) at Upper Serangoon Crescent (opposite Riversails). Sales booking will commence on 31 October 2026.
