The last unit of the mega development, Avenue South Residence, was sold on 19 September 2022!

Launched on 30 August 2019, the 1,074-unit development located along Silat Avenue is the first major residential project at the doorstep of Singapore’s Greater Southern Waterfront. The apartment units are spread across two 56-storey towers and five low-rise conservation blocks. The development is integrated with a park that connects to the 24km-long Rail Corridor.

Building its soaring twin towers of 192 metres was also a laudable feat. More than 3,000 free-standing volumetric apartment modules were stacked and assembled at the site using the prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction (PPVC) method, which could save manpower and reduce noise and air pollutions, without compromising on project quality and safety. UOL is one of the first developers in Singapore to adopt PPVC for its developments, in line with the government’s push for productivity and sustainability.
