The last unit of Clavon was sold last weekend!

Clavon has all the winning formula with its excellent architecture, good location and proximity to amenities. Launched on 12 December 2020, the 640-unit development in Clementi Avenue 1 already enjoyed brisk sales and clinched the top-selling project title in the same month with 70% of the total units sold at its launch weekend.

The project is expected to receive its Temporary Occupation Permit in the first quarter of 2025.
