Multiple accolades clinched at International Property Awards

Pinetree Hill and AMO Residence garnered three prestigious awards for their exceptional architecture and development at the International Property Awards (Asia Pacific) 2023-2024 held on 31 May 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand.

Pinetree Hill, a 520-unit property, emerged as winner in two categories for Singapore – the Best Residential High Rise Architecture and Best Residential High Rise Development. Nestled within the landed enclave of Mount Sinai, the 99-year leasehold property offers a resort-like living with vast greenery. Developed in a joint venture by UOL and Singapore Land Group Limited (80:20), the project will be launched in July 2023.

AMO Residence, featuring 372 units, won the title of Best Apartment/Condominium Development Singapore. The development was over 98% sold on the first day of launch in July 2022. Developed by UOL, SingLand and Kheng Leong Company (60:20:20), it was the top-selling project for the month of July in 2022.
