Overwhelming turnout at PARKTOWN Residence preview

The first-day preview of PARKTOWN Residence saw an early influx of crowds as the showflat opened its doors to the public at 2pm on 7 February 2025. By 5pm on 9 February 2025, the preview had attracted over 10,000 visitors, reflecting strong interest in the highly anticipated development. The project is a 50:50 joint venture between UOL-SingLand and CapitaLand Development (CLD).

The apartments at PARKTOWN Residence, a 99-year leasehold development, are attractively priced, with the one-bedroom plus study unit (463 sq ft) starting at $1.07 million, the two-bedroom unit (592 sq ft) at $1.33 million, the three-bedroom unit (926 sq ft) at $2.07 million, the four-bedroom unit (1,335 sq ft) at $2.85 million, and the five-bedroom unit (1,679 sq ft) at $3.78 million.

Strategically located at Tampines Street 62, PARKTOWN Residence, the first mega property launch of the year, will feature 1,193 residential units seamlessly connected to a diverse mix of retail spaces, dining options and enrichment schools.
