The Watergardens at Canberra sold all of its 448 units within two years on 8 March 2023.
Launched on 28 August 2021, the project was already off to a strong start, having sold 60% of the total units during the launch weekend. It was also the best-selling project in August 2021, according to data from the Urban Redevelopment Authority.
A joint venture (50:30:20) between UOL, SingLand, and Kheng Leong, the project in Canberra Drive is strategically located near Canberra MRT station and the future North Coast Innovation Corridor. It was the first private condominium built in the northern part of Singapore in more than six years.
The development features a range of two- to four-bedroom apartments that span from 646 sq ft to 1,528 sq ft. Designed with inspiration drawn from nature and so described as a “water garden sanctuary”, there is an array of water features, including seven pools that encircle the lush landscape.
The Watergardens at Canberra has won accolades for its architectural and landscape designs at various property awards, including the 2021 International Property Awards (Asia Pacific) and EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2022.
