Cheers and laughter echoed through Clavon, the 640-unit condominium developed by UOL and SingLand (80:20), on 25 April 2024 as everyone gathered to celebrate its completion. Clavon received the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) on 15 April 2024.

Comprising two 37-storey towers, Clavon was another project by the Group built using the prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction (PPVC) method to save on manpower, reduce pollution and improve quality control, among other benefits.

Launched on 12 December 2020, Clavon saw 70% of the total units sold during its launch weekend at an average price of $1,640 psf. It was the month’s top-selling project with 473 units sold, according to the Urban Redevelopment Authority, and was fully sold on 26 June 2022.

Clavon was popular among buyers due to its strong product attributes, including the good locale in the mature estate of Clementi and excellent architecture. The project clinched a number of design accolades at the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards and International Property Awards (Asia Pacific).
