On 13 December 2024, UOL emerged as the Best Sustainable Developer (Asia) for the second consecutive year and the Best Hospitality Developer (Asia) for the fourth time at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok, Thailand. We were also awarded with the Best Developer (Asia) (Country Winner) accolade.

The Group achieved further recognition with regional honours in development and design. MEYER BLUE, a joint venture between UOL and our property subsidiary SingLand, won Best Luxury Condo Development (Asia) and swept the country titles for Best Luxury Waterfront Condo Development, Best Condo Architectural Design and Best Condo Landscape Design. UOL and our hotel subsidiary PPHG also claimed Best Hospitality Interior Design (Asia) for Pan Pacific Orchard.
