UOL’s unwavering commitment to quality and product excellence has been recognised by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) when we were conferred the Quality Champion (Developer) at the BCA Quality Excellence Award (QEA) 2022.

The annual BCA QEA was incepted in 2013 to recognise developers and builders for their commitment and achievement in delivering high quality buildings. BCA highlighted some of UOL’s key achievements, including our good track record of achieving an average CONQUAS score of more than 95 from 2016 to 2021 for quality projects, and Amber45 for participating in Quality Mark, which is a scheme for good workmanship.

As a developer, we also strive to green our buildings and support the Singapore Green Plan 2030 to achieve at least 80% of all buildings in Singapore to be Green Mark certified by 2030. We were recognised as Green Mark Champion by BCA for having achieved a substantial number of Green Mark buildings at Gold level or higher in 2020.
