UOL recognised as Best Residential Developer in Asia

On 12 December 2025, UOL was named Best Residential Developer (Asia) at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok, a remarkable achievement and our first regional win in this category, proudly flying the Singapore and UOL flag. This follows three consecutive years as Best Residential Developer at the Singapore edition of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards since 2023. UOL was also conferred the Best Sustainable Developer (Asia) (Country Winner) accolade.

Chief Corporate and Development Officer Yvonne Tan thanked the team and partners for their collective efforts and expressed appreciation to PropertyGuru and the judges for the recognition. She said: “This is an honour that is deeply humbling. What we build shapes how people live, rest, raise families, recover from bad days and celebrate the good ones – and I’m incredibly proud of what our teams have achieved together.”

The Group emerged with six of the 11 regional accolades awarded to Singapore’s developers, receiving honours across development and design categories. PARKTOWN Residence, a joint venture by UOL, SingLand and CapitaLand Development, secured three regional accolades and one country title, while UPPERHOUSE at Orchard Boulevard delivered two wins for UOL and SingLand. Odeon also clinched a country title for Best Lifestyle Commercial Development.
