Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company announced yesterday the regional winners representing the Best in Asia at the 17th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final. Also known as the finale of the 2022 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series, the ceremony saw the convergence of an elite pool of developers held in Bangkok, Thailand.
UOL garnered the Best Hospitality Developer (Asia) and Best Developer (Asia) accolades at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2022 Grand Finals. They were some of the highest accolades given out on 9 December 2022.
Group Chief Executive Liam Wee Sin said: “These accolades speak volumes of the passion and dedication of UOL and PPHG staff, innovating and collaborating together to elevate the standard and quality of real estate, development and design to be award-winning in various categories at the Asia-Regional level. Besides the highest honours conferred on the Group, Pan Pacific Orchard and AMO Residence also swept up awards at the property and design levels. Pan Pacific Orchard, which is slated to open in 1H 2023, clinched the Best Hotel Development (Asia) title.
Clinching Best Architectural and Landscape Design, AMO Residence, a joint venture development between UOL, Singapore Land Group Limited and Kheng Leong, saw a 98% take-up on the first day of launch in July this year.
