UOL wins multiple honours at PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards

UOL swept 11 accolades at the 2025 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore), including Best Residential Developer and Best Sustainable Developer for the third consecutive year. The awards ceremony, held at Andaz Singapore on 31 October 2025, celebrated excellence in property development, design and sustainability.

Among the year’s most celebrated projects was UPPERHOUSE at Orchard Boulevard, a joint venture between UOL and our property subsidiary SingLand. The development earned multiple accolades including Best Luxury Condo Development, Best Condo Development (Singapore) and Best Luxury Condo Interior Design.

PARKTOWN Residence, jointly developed by UOL, SingLand and CapitaLand Development also garnered multiple awards including Best Mega Scale Condo Development, Best Integrated Development and Best Mega Scale Condo Architectural Design. Odeon, a biophilic workplace with integrated green spaces, also clinched Best Lifestyle Commercial Development.
