The Sky Residences at One Bishopsgate Plaza was recently unveiled in Singapore on 25 and 26 March at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. It is a collection of 160 luxury private residences spanning the 21^st to 41^st floors of a 42-storey tower. One Bishopsgate Plaza is UOL’s first flagship mixed-use development in London, which comprises the luxury Pan Pacific London hotel and Pan Pacific-branded The Sky Residences.

Situated in the heart of the City of London, The Sky Residences at One Bishopsgate Plaza boasts some of London’s most iconic views, including the River Thames, Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, The Gherkin, St Paul’s Cathedral and Canary Wharf. The residences comprise one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, accessed via private lifts from the ground level and offer a complete selection of amenities and à la carte services made possible by the luxury hotel located below.

A sales exhibition was held in Singapore, where 33 one- and two-bedroom units from the “Opulent Collection” were available for purchase. These units are located on the 21^st to 29^th levels of the tower.

Anson Lim, General Manager (Residential Marketing) shared that this was the first time a sales exhibition for The Sky Residences was held in Singapore. Three of the biggest local real estate agencies — PropNex Realty, ERA Realty Network and Huttons Asia — were jointly appointed to manage the sales and marketing of The Sky Residences in Singapore.

Mr Lim noted that the positive reception in the London market has been fuelled by the strong buying interest among Asian buyers. He said: “They identify and recognise the strong brand of UOL Group and Pan Pacific Hotels Group.”

The architecture of One Bishopsgate Plaza consists of an iconic tower and the conserved Devonshire Row, designed by international practice PLP Architecture. The building’s refined exterior and meaningful public spaces have garnered numerous property accolades including ‘Best High Rise Architecture in Europe’, as well as ‘Best International Mixed-use Architecture’, awarded by International Property Awards.

The interior design of Pan Pacific London hotel and the private residences showcase hallmarks of the world-renowned Yabu Pushelberg and MSMR Architects which introduces a new standard of luxury hospitality to London and the UK, while infusing them with Asian and English touches. A refined ambience extends from the public areas into the elegantly-appointed residences, where premium finishes and thoughtful details create a sense of restraint and sophistication.
