Watten House has sold 133 units, or 74%, of the total 180 units as at 16 March 2024, following the sale of 31 units since its official launch on 2 March 2024. The average price achieved was $3,250 psf. Previously at a private launch held on 18 November 2023, 102 units were sold.
Seven of the eight penthouses have been sold at prices ranging from $11.7 million to $14.5 million, or between $3,440 psf and $3,550 psf.
General Manager (Residential Marketing) Anson Lim said: “Large format new-built freehold apartments in prime district are exceptionally rare, more so in a sought-after sanctuary with tranquil settings like Watten House.”
He noted that in addition to its almost sold-out penthouses, over 80% of its four- and five-bedroom units have been sold, while all three-bedders (without private lift) were also fully taken up. There are still choice units available, including three-bedroom plus study units (1,539 sq ft) to five-bedroom units (2,368 sq ft) with private lifts, he added.
The project is developed in an 80:20 joint venture between UOL and our subsidiary SingLand.
